The Stress Less challenge ended a couple of days ago
On the 15th of August, the dacadoo Stress Less challenge ended.
This challenge aimed at helping people get outdoors, reduce stress, commune with nature and learn how to work on their Mind Score!
Many people accepted the dacadoo challenge and tried to improve their Mind Score!
Participants could track Meditation, Tai Chi, Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Gardening and Hiking activities.
