Ready for the dacadoo autumn challenge?
If you are based in most parts of the Northern hemisphere, it is due to admit that summer has come to an end and accept that autumn is here.
The arriving of the autumn season should not mean stop going out and working out. Not only the autumn atmosphere with colorful leaves is beautiful but it is proven that regular exercise, whether indoors or outdoors, is a great way to keep your energy levels and fight seasonal ups and downs and depression. Exercise makes you happier! It is however important to have the right gear while exercising outdoors and here you can find some interesting advice on this topic.
Hence, at dacadoo we thought of organizing an autumn challenge that will motivate you to exercise and keep your energy levels.
This challenge will last from October 17 to November 27, 2016 and will motivate you to do more during these autumn days. And, as it is an all fitness challenge, you can choose any sport you like.
