Health: Transparent & Measurable
Empowering you to manage your own health and well-being has obvious benefits to you but is it possible to put a value on health and well-being? Using data from commonly used measures, such as weight, blood pressure, steps, etc. it is indeed possible to calculate an overall health score.
What you can measure, you can manage: dacadoo visualizes your current health and well-being with a personal Health Score, a scientifically calculated number from 1 (low) to 1,000 (high). The score moves up or down in real-time, depending on how your body values, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle (exercise, nutrition, stress and sleep) change. When tracked over time, it offers a good indicator of how your health and well-being is evolving. Please note that it is not a medical diagnostic tool and therefore does not substitute the diagnosis of your medical professional.
The dacadoo Health Score is based on many million person-years of clinical data and it has been developed by dacadoo in collaboration with a professor and former long-term scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
