On average, dacadoo users spend just over half an hour on their workout (32 minutes) and many people can’t spare anymore time when it comes to fitting it around other commitments. So how can you make the most of this short period of time?

In order to boost your Health Score, you should aim to burn as many calories during this half-hour period, and work out at least four or five times a week. However, even if you can’t manage to fit it in this many times a week, maybe because of your job or other commitments, it’s better that you do it rather than doing nothing at all.

Interval training

Many fitness experts are in agreement that interval training is one of the best ways to improve your wellbeing. Interval training works by doing short bursts of high-intensity workouts, followed by more low-impact activity. This allows you to burn the most calories and boost your metabolism as much as possible during your short timeframe. However, you need ro make sure that this approach is personalised to meet your own limits and expectations. For example, when you are a beginner, you will need to build up your training routine.

DVDs

There are many DVDs that show you how to do an efficient workout during a short period of time. Some of these focus on as little as 15 minutes, demonstrating that no matter how short a space of time you have to spare, you can fit in a workout. Obviously, the longer you can dedicate to it, the sooner you will see results and changes in your Health Score. For people that aren’t sure about how to make the most of their time, this can be an ideal place to start as it ensures you are not wasting a second.

Make yourself sweat

In order to ensure you are making the most of your 32 minutes, and raising your Health Score on dacadoo, you need to really push yourself. This is even more important if you have less time, as you need to put more effort in to make sure you are burning the right amount of energy during a shorter time period. Of course, this should be mixed with some periods of rest so you don’t burn yourself out, but it’s important that you make every second count.
