Platform release 2.5

dacadoo introduces several usability improvements in this new platform release. Read more here…

New activity button

ADD button

On all pages you now find a “+” sign in the header navigation, that allows you to directly engage in an activity such as adding a workout, a workout goal or your daily steps, as well as creating a challenge.  Additionally, all the header navigation links have been replaced by icons.

New “Competition” screen

We have merged the “Challenges” and “Leagues” tabs to one new tab called “Competition”, which reduces further the number of tabs in the main navigation. You will now find a new overview page in the competition tab that highlights the current public challenges and provides an overview of current challenges and leagues as well as other available challenges and leagues.

Improvements to the “Journal”

dacadoo health score completion

The health score completion overview formerly located in the profile tab has now been added to the health score page where it belongs. This way, you will see immediately how much of all possible data entry for the health score you have completed. By clicking on the data points that still can be completed, you will be directly linked to the corresponding page.

Journal workout calendar

Furthermore, if you access your workouts page, you now will see the calendar view first, based on many user feedbacks that suggested we should adjust it in that way.

Heartrate journal

Finally, we added a new journal for heart rate information, such as minimum, maximum, average heart rate and your resting heart rate. Data can be automatically uploaded by external devices such as the BodyMedia device that has recently been enabled on our platform. Of course, manual entries are possible as well.

Nutrition Coach frequency

Several smaller improvements have been added to our recently launched Nutrition Coach, such as the ability to speed up the number of questions in the initial activation period, as well as more information on explaining what the coach does and what he doesn’t do.

We wish you a lot of fun with our improved web-platform and hope you enjoy the latest features.
