Understand the dacadoo health score
The dacadoo health score serves as a directional relative indicator of your current health and fitness, expressed in a number from 1 (poor) to 1’000 (excellent). Fundamentally, it is based on who you are, how you feel and what you are doing about it.

Complete Your Health Score
When you registered with dacadoo, you only inserted 4 data points. To make your score as personal as possible, continue entering your personal data. The more you can complete the better. In the Journal section, complete the questionnaires on Lifestyle, Medical History and Quality of Life, then enter your body dimensions and blood values as well is available.

Track a Fitness Activity
Download the free dacadoo Tracker app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry to track your fitness activities and get access to your dacadoo health score in real-time. You can also import tracks as GPX or TCX files using other fitness tracking devices or enter your activities manually in the Journal on the web platform.

Connect Supported Devices
Devices such as weight scales, blood pressure cuffs and heart rate bands can be connected to dacadoo to enable automatic upload of your health data. The menu tab “Supported Devices” will show you what devices are currently supported by dacadoo.

Connect With Your Friends
dacadoo offers its own social network where you and your friends can share your achievements, join fitness leagues and challenge each other to competitions. Connect with your friends from other social networks such as Facebook and Twitter and invite them to join you on dacadoo as well.
