dacadoo offers the ability to set goals and track the performance towards achieving these goals. Goals can be set for any workout, for weight loss or weight gain and, specific Achievements can be set as goals as well. At the moment goals for all GPS-based activities and a selection of activities (gym workout session, all fitness classes, all indoor cardio machines, tennis, squash and soccer) where manual entry also counts can be selected as personal goals.
Workout goal
Set a goal for workouts directly in the Journal tab by clicking on the “Add Workout Goal” button and follow the wizard to define and set your goal.

Weight goal
Set a goal for weight directly in the Journal tab by clicking on “Weight” and then the “Create Goal” button. Set your target weight (lower or higher) and define the date by when you want to achieve this goal.

Achievement goal
Set an achievement as a goal by clicking on the Achievements tab and accessing the achievements category of interest, Running, Skiing, Rowing etc. In that category you will find a list of achievements and a button “Set as goal” next to each of those achievements. Click on the button and define the date by which you want to achieve this goal.

Once the goals are set, they will become visible in the Profile tab under “Goals” and the progress towards your goals can be tracked visually via the dashboard view, which also shows all your current Goals.
Achieve your goals with the help of your friends
You can work alone to achieve your goals but you also have the possibility to invite friends to help you in achieving a goal. This turns the goal into a collaborative exercise. Once you set a goal, you can enter the name of existing friends and send them an invitation to join you in attaining the set goal. Friends who accepted the invitation will have an “Accepted” mark next to their names. You can invite up to 4 friends to join you!
